Located
on the beautiful island of Maui, the Sewell Archive offers a line
of Yoga Videos. Tom Sewell has been documenting Ashtanga Yoga since
1987 when he first met Pattabhi Jois at a month long intensive on
Maui. Tom, then a resident of Venice, CA, subsequently left California
and spent 9 months in Mysore, India. He then moved to Maui where he
makes films, videos, art and practices and studies Ashtanga Yoga.
Tom has traveled with Pattabhi Jois to France, Switzerland, California,
and Colorado documenting Guruji's various classes and those of his
advanced students.

We're close to yoga classes at the House of Yoga and Zen and Maya
Yoga. Join us for breakfast after class.Tom prepares Dr. Joseph's
Mysore Mush or Creme Budwig. These are prepared with six whole grains,
almonds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, flax seed oil, fresh Maui fruit,
goat yogurt, and maple syrup. Yumm!
